Another sneak preview at an upcoming tutorial. This one I discovered on accident, by playing around with my layers. Your workfield. Load the image you want to use as background for your final picture. Open your picture of the sim you want to use. Important: Make sure it is a picture of only your sim, on a white background. Do not use any other pictures or it won't work.Select your picture.Copy the picture.Go back to the image you want to use as a background, and paste the picture on top of it.Change the layer setting to 'Darken'. Your picture should look somewhat like this.Use the Selection Move tool to place the sim where you want him/her.Go to your background, and erase every bit of background that's behind your sim.Your endresultTo me, this method is so much easier than cutting the sim out, but ofcourse use whatever technique suits you best

Hmm....I don't know? Isn't there anyway you could put up the quality. Try and play around with it. I do that a lot and I know a lot off stuff now (also with Chess's tutorials)

Breezy: Just take a picture of your sim while he/she is standing in front of a wall that you've painted white

Aha! Thats a good thing. I hate it when I have a colourful background. Its hard to cut out.
