Hello all.
For a very long time I have sort of skirted the issue of paysites on this site, mainly because I did not want to offend people.
The time has come for me to take a stance on this matter though. I fully support the cause of PMBD, and as such would like to share those opinions with you. What you do with them, is up to you.
What is Paysites Must Be Destroyed? It is a site on which - and don't fall off your chair here now - paysite content is offered to everyone who wants it, for free. Members of the site buy items from paysites, then share it with the rest of the world. It's that simple.
Why are they doing this? Because paysites are, in fact, illegal. Quoted from the Sims 2 EULA (spoiler because it's quite long):
Basically, paysites ask money for something that is not theirs to sell. Also, they do so even after the game EULA clearly states that only non-commercial use is allowed.
Therefore... Paysites Must Be Destroyed!*
*Even though the title of PMBD sounds rather aggressive, they really don't do much more than distribute paysite content for free and use some harsh language here and there. They do not hack sites or make them explode. They do not threaten paysite creators or buyers. The worst thing they will do is, well, be sarcastic at people.

Electronic Arts Inc, and its subsidiaries, affiliates and licensors (collectively, "EA") grants you a non- transferable non-exclusive license to download and/or install and use one copy of the software tool ("Tool") and/or materials ("Materials") (collectively the "Tools & Materials") solely for your personal noncommercial use in connection with EA's products, in accordance with the terms below.
[bit omitted because it's not relevant]
You may include materials created with the Tools & Materials on your personal noncommercial website for the noncommercial benefit of the fan community for EA's products, provided this is beneficial to the product(s) in EA's judgment, and provided that if you do so, you must also post the following notice on your site on the same web page(s) where those materials are located: "This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Electronic Arts, or its licensors. Trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Game content and materials copyright Electronic Arts Inc. and its licensors. All Rights Reserved." You will not represent that your site is endorsed or approved by or affiliated with EA or our licensors or that any other content on your site is endorsed or approved by or affiliated with EA or our licensors.
