So you have always wondered how some people make those lines? Well, you are about to find the hardest way for it! Of course, only drawing them all is harder.
So, let's start.
I opened 3oox3oo picture, so, do the same.
Next thing we are doing is some little drawing. Draw it like on picture below.
Make sure you do it on transparent Layer, DO NOT do it on layer with background. Of course, you can have background as another layer.
We can go on now.
With thing, select it, or whatever, and click on copy. Now, just paste it.
You see how I placed copied line next to already existing one? Do the same. Click somewhere next to it to merge it down. Or, do anything, just merge it down the way you already know.
I did the same few times, and above is thing I got. Do it 1ooo more times xD
So, after some time, this is what I got:
Ops... Forgot to resize it a bit xD
After some time, it gets easier because you can copy bigger amount of lines. [if that's the word.... I mean, amount xD]
So, let's use it on one random picture
It looks good, doesn't it? All you need to do is make it transparent. As munch as you think it's enough.
I hope it has worked for you. I would put a png picture of that lines, so you can download it and use it in your picture, but I accidentally closed GIMP thinking how I already did saved it, so I lost it... Maybe one other day I put it.
Hope you found this tutorial useful, push thanks if you did. Oh wait... There's no thanks button... Well, just don't push anything. xD
