Alright... this was very hard to find out how it's done, and I'm pretty sure most people don't know how to do that, so...
After an extensive research through everywhere I could think of, I found out how you can extract that sim you just love and didn't make at Bodyshop, so that you can use him/her for any reason, have thousands of his/her clones on your neighborhood or simply to upload it to somewhere else.
Many thanks to Zxquez Zolohahni at boolprop.com for the great explaination, and to my good friend, Inexisting, to let me know I could've just simply searched better MTS to find this tutorial

OK, here it goes... please note that you'll need SimPE for this. You can get one at sims.ambertation.de . But I must warn you, SimPE can be dangerous if you can't use it properly. Make sure you read a lot of tutorials before you get it.
First, you open SimPE. Go to Tools/Neighborhood/Neighborhood Browser.
Then, choose the neighborhood you want and open it. I'm using Green Lake (I'm the worst at names), which is the one I use for my stories. By the way, it's always good to make a back up of your neighborhood, case something goes wrong (never happened to me w/ SimPE).
Wait for it to finish loading. Now, go to Tools/Neighborhood/Sims Surgery...
Wait for it to load. Now, this new dialog box will come up. I'm using one of my characters, Tyler, for this (his real name is Marcus). You click the sim you want, then click "use", in the red circle.
Now, I'm still using the image above, click "Export", in the dark blue circle. Now, you can close SimPE.
And that's it! Load Bodyshop or TS2 and look who's there!!
