I'm extremely sorry for those who can't seem to download this lot, but most people seem to have downloaded it okay now. I'm not a technician so I can't help you with that. Sorry! Better luck next time I guess

Ok I had a go at this. All together the price of my makeover came to 30,986 (had to remove a tree or 2 whoops lol) As you can see I tired to keep the colours light and by sticking to pines and white but i offset this with brown carpet and walls. In the kitchen i decided to use pine walls and flooring. we also included a breakfast bar with 2 stools for you and that special someone As you enter to your imediate left is a fireplace closeby is a chair this is for reading or just getting warm after a night out. Close by is the bedroom area kept seperate from the kitchen by the counters. The Tv area was kept seperatly from the reading/bedroom area as to give it that little something extra and what a couch to lounge on whilst watching Tv. Also a bonus the Tv can be seen from the bed as it is mounted at an angle. Just next to the couch is a door that leads to the green room, or bathroom. I thought that this room had to be kept seperate from the rest of the loft. Light and green so that you can feel a bit more at peace with nature whether your getting cleaned up or doing the other thing. As you can see one of the bathroom walls was kept bare. This was a design plan to make the bendy tree stand out more as a feature

The absolute maximum is 31000 $, so I'm afraid you're going to have to cut into some things, Tia. Gorgeous design tho

I'm not sure, I think Tia used some donation meshes... anyway... I wasn't going to enter this one, too much stuff going on and I always fail to stay on budget, but I changed my mind ^_^ it probably won't look as stunning as Tia's, but I'll give it a try By the way, if you guys can't download the lot from the Exchange, you could try from the other sites Chess uploaded it to... just a suggestion.
